1. General Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns



To be eligible for a return:


  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • You may keep the original item as part of this resolution



If you decline this solution and request a refund instead:


  • The item must be returned at your expense

4. Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged or defective:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
  • Once verified, we will:
    • Offer a replacement, or
    • Provide a full refund

  • In these cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us






5. Refunds



  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days



We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if items are not returned in original condition.





6. Non-Returnable Situations



We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:


  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Misunderstanding of product features
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered






7. Return Shipping Responsibility



  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of verified damage or defect
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Failure to follow our return process may result in:
